Linda and Douglas Whitehead extend a welcome to our no-smoking establishment to those visiting the area for business or pleasure. We offer homely accommodation, and endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one.

History

Lane Ends Farm is a property of character, which we have spent the last two decades renovating. It was originally built as a weavers cottage in the mid-18th century. In the first half of the 20th century it was a dairy and beef farm, with relatives of the owner regularly droving cattle from the Dales, and resting them overnight in the fields at the farm, before taking them to Huddersfield market. The old cow mistle has been converted to stables, and it is now home to our retired endurance horses, who still enjoy hacking out in the surrounding area.
